18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance

All visual depictions appearing on or accessible through goonbuds.com (the "Site"), whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, are represented to the Site, by the platforms from which they originate, as visual depictions of persons who were 18 years of age or older at the time those depictions were created. The Site is operated by , a company registered in England and Wales (company number ).
Content on the partner platform
The streams, profile photographs, gallery photographs, biographical data and live interactions presented through the Site originate on an authorised third-party partner platform that the Site operates as a whitelabel. The Site is not the producer (primary or secondary, as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of that content. With respect to such content the Site's activities are limited to aggregation, ranking, indexing, transmission and display.
Records required to be maintained under 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for the streamed and profile content described above, including government-issued photographic identification confirming the age of the persons depicted, are maintained by the partner platform's designated Custodian of Records:

The partner platform's own age-verification and record-keeping obligations are governed by its terms, available at the partner platform's terms.
Content created by the Site
The Site produces short promotional clips of public streams and hosts the rendered promotional reels on its own origin and content delivery network. The Site also produces written and other marketing materials. With respect to any such material for which the Site might be considered a producer, every person depicted is a performer verified as an adult by the partner platform, and the age records confirming this are held by the Custodian of Records named above.
To the extent that any material produced by the Site would otherwise fall within 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, such material is exempt for one or more of the following reasons: (i) it does not portray sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A) through (2)(D); (ii) it consists of non-sexually-explicit nudity or simulated sexual conduct; or (iii) it was created before the effective dates of the applicable record-keeping requirements. To the extent any such material is not exempt, the age records for every person depicted are held by the Custodian of Records named above.
Affiliate video content
Some video thumbnails and preview clips shown on the Site are supplied under an affiliate arrangement with FapHouse, a third-party platform hosting both user-uploaded and separately licensed content. The Site hosts none of that content, is not its producer, and holds no records for it. Under that platform’s own notice its operator is likewise not the producer, and the uploaders are the producers who hold the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257: faphouse.com/pages/compliance_2257.
Requests and removals
