Terms of Service

1. No minors: zero tolerance

The Site is for adults only. We strictly prohibit, and have zero tolerance for, any person under 18, or under the age of majority where they live, accessing or using the Site. We do not permit any content, conduct, or reference on the Site that involves, depicts, or sexualises any person under 18, including any roleplay or other conduct in which a person poses as a minor.

If you become aware of any content or conduct that involves the actual or possible sexual exploitation of a minor, report it to us at [email protected]. We cooperate with law enforcement and will refer violations to the appropriate authorities.

2. No prostitution or trafficking

We strictly prohibit, and have zero tolerance for, the Site being used in any way to engage in, assist, or facilitate prostitution, human trafficking, or sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. The Site and every programme we operate, including the Partner Program, exist solely to promote and reward lawful online webcam entertainment. Nothing on the Site may be used to arrange, advertise, or pay for in-person sexual services. We will cooperate fully with any criminal investigation by any law enforcement agency.

3. Eligibility and acceptance

By accessing the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, that you are legally permitted to view adult-oriented content where you live, and that you accept these terms. The Site contains material of a sexually explicit nature, which you access willingly and at your own risk.

Some jurisdictions restrict access to adult content or impose age-verification requirements. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live. If accessing the Site is unlawful in your jurisdiction, you are prohibited from accessing it, and you must leave now.

4. What the Site is

The Site is a performer discovery, ranking, and search platform, with optional member accounts. We aggregate publicly available performer data from an authorised third-party partner platform that we operate as a whitelabel, and present it through search, tags, rankings, and discovery tools. The Site also features short promotional clips of public streams, which we produce ourselves (section 10), AI-assisted editorial copy (section 9), and a Partner Program for performers (section 13).

Live sessions, payments, performer profiles, galleries, and chat all take place on the partner platform. We do not process payments, hold card details, or act as the merchant for any purchase. We do not employ or represent performers.

5. The partner platform

Streams, profile photos, gallery photos, performer bio data, and all paid interactions on the destination platform are provided and governed by our partner platform, under its own terms, which also cover the age and recordkeeping requirements for that content. Those terms are available at https://icflegal.com/cam?site=goonbuds.live. Your use of the partner platform, including all purchases, is subject to that agreement, not these terms.

All charges are billed by the partner platform, which is the merchant of record. Any issue, dispute, or enquiry relating to charges, refunds, or billing must be raised with the partner platform under its terms. We have no access to your payment details and cannot process refunds.

6. Member accounts

You may browse the Site without an account. If you create one, the following applies:

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. One account per person.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once if you suspect unauthorised use.
• When you create or link a viewing account with the partner platform through the Site, we pass a technical identifier to the partner platform so your account and any age verification completed there can be recognised. This is described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or that we are required to close by law. Where practicable we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
• You can close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closing your Site account does not close any account you hold with the partner platform.

7. Age verification

Every visitor must confirm they are 18 or over before using the Site. Where the law where you live requires more, we apply more: spending on the partner platform requires card-based verification of age and identity carried out by the partner platform, and we are introducing independent age verification for visitors in the United Kingdom through a specialist third-party provider. Where independent verification applies, explicit content is not available until verification is complete. We never see or store the documents or card details used to verify you; we receive only the result.

8. Rankings and community data

Rankings are derived from community engagement data received through authorised partner feeds. They reflect the data as received, are recalculated regularly, and are provided for discovery purposes only. They do not constitute an endorsement of any performer, platform, or service. Affiliate and Partner Program relationships do not influence rankings, search results, or editorial content.

We make no guarantee that rankings are complete, error-free, or representative of any specific metric, and ranking positions may change at any time without notice.

9. AI-generated content

Some pages include AI-generated copy that we produce for discovery and SEO purposes. Where it appears, it is clearly labelled. AI-generated content is produced from performer data supplied by the partner platform, is not verified for factual accuracy, and should not be relied upon as a statement of fact about any performer or platform.

10. Promotional clips

The Site features short promotional clips and edited reels of public streams, which we produce and host on our own infrastructure. Each published reel is presented on its own watch page. Clips are made only from public stream activity; private, exclusive, and paid sessions are never included.

If you are a performer and want a clip or your profile removed, submit a request through our profile removal form. Copyright complaints relating to material we host should be sent to [email protected].

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access the Site if you are under 18 or not legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction
• Use the Site to solicit, arrange, or advertise prostitution, escort services, or any in-person meeting
• Scrape, crawl, or use any automated tool to extract data from the Site without our prior written permission
• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish content hosted by the partner platform, including any part of a live performance
• Record, screenshot, or rebroadcast any stream or performer content accessed through the Site
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Site's ranking system, data structures, or proprietary features
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its infrastructure or that of our partner
• Create accounts with false information, impersonate any person, or misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to block access, remove content, or suspend or terminate accounts for any user or system we determine to be in breach of these terms.

12. Notifications and marketing

Where you opt in, we send notifications by email, Telegram, or web push, for example when a performer you follow goes live. Every channel can be switched off: newsletters carry an unsubscribe link, Telegram subscriptions end when you block or unsubscribe from the bot, and push notifications can be revoked in your browser. Marketing consent is never a condition of using the Site. How we handle the associated data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Affiliate relationships and the Partner Program

We participate in affiliate marketing programmes with our partner platform. Some links on the Site are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you click one and take an action on the destination site, at no additional cost to you.

We also operate a Partner Program under which verified performers earn a share of the commission we receive. The Partner Program is governed by its own terms at goonbuds.com/partners/terms. Affiliate and Partner relationships do not influence rankings, search results, or editorial content. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the services, pricing, content, or availability of any partner.

14. Third-party websites

The Site contains links to external websites we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or availability of any third-party site. Your interactions with third-party websites are governed solely by their own terms and policies, and visiting them is done at your own risk.

15. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site, including text, branding, layout, design, ranking methodology, the promotional reels we produce, and AI-generated copy, is owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of it without prior written permission.

Performer names, images, and associated media remain the property of their respective rights holders. Trademarks and brand names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Repeat-infringer policy. In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will terminate access, including member and Partner accounts, for users or content sources we determine, based on copyright notices, opt-out reports, or our own review, to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights. This may include removal from goonbuds.com, removal from the Partner Program, and referral of the matter to the partner platform's abuse desk. Our full copyright policy is at goonbuds.com/dmca.

16. Reporting content and complaints

If you believe any content available through the Site is illegal, infringes your rights, or breaches these terms, report it to [email protected] (or [email protected] for copyright). Include the URL and enough detail for us to assess the report. We acknowledge reports, review them promptly, remove or disable content where the report is upheld, and tell you the outcome where we can. If you disagree with our decision you may ask us to review it. Reports concerning the sexual exploitation of a minor are prioritised over everything else and referred to the authorities.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or any linked services, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Performer availability, live status, and profile data are sourced from third parties and may not reflect real-time conditions. We are not responsible for discrepancies between data shown on the Site and the state of any third-party platform. Nothing in this section affects any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Site
• Reliance on any information, ranking, or AI-generated content on the Site
• Interactions with third-party websites or services accessed via the Site, including the partner platform

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these terms or your unlawful use of the Site. This section does not apply to liability we cannot exclude by law, and does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms where our services change, where the law requires it, or to correct or clarify existing provisions. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes we will give reasonable advance notice on the Site, and, if you hold an account, by email where appropriate. If you do not agree with a change you may stop using the Site and close your account before the change takes effect. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.

21. Governing law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of that country.

22. General

If any part of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be applied to the fullest extent permitted by law and the remainder stays in full force. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Partner Program Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
