We do not host content

Goonbuds is a performer discovery and ranking platform. We do not host, store, upload, or stream images or videos on our own servers.

All images, thumbnails, and video embeds displayed on Goonbuds are sourced directly from authorised third-party partner platforms via their official APIs and promotional feeds. That content remains hosted, controlled, and delivered by those third-party services at all times. Goonbuds functions as a display and linking layer only.

Copyright ownership

All performer images, videos, and media displayed through third-party integrations remain the property of their respective copyright holders. Goonbuds does not claim ownership of any third-party content and does not modify or redistribute it beyond what is technically required for display or linking.

Original text, layout, branding, design elements, ranking data, and AI-generated copy on Goonbuds are the property of Goonbuds unless otherwise stated.

Designated Copyright Agent

Goonbuds has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. §512(c):

Submitting a DMCA notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorised agent and believe that material appearing on Goonbuds infringes your copyright, send a written DMCA notice to our Designated Agent above. You may also copy [email protected] for an internal triage record.

Your notice must include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The specific URL(s) on Goonbuds where the material appears
• Your name, company (if applicable), email address, and contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

Notices that do not include all of the above may not be actioned. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a DMCA notice may subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).

How we respond

On receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly review the claim. Where appropriate, we will disable access to or remove references to the material from Goonbuds.

Because Goonbuds does not host the underlying content, removal from the source platform must be handled directly with the third-party provider responsible for hosting it. Where relevant, we will forward valid complaints to the appropriate platform.

Repeat infringement

If a partner or content source is found to repeatedly provide infringing material, Goonbuds reserves the right to discontinue linking to or promoting that content or platform.

Policy changes

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
