1. Eligibility and acceptance

By accessing the Site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, that you are legally permitted to view adult-oriented content where you live, and that you accept these terms. The Site contains material of a sexually explicit nature, which you access willingly and at your own risk.

If you do not meet these requirements, you must leave the Site immediately.

2. What the Site is

The Site is a performer discovery, ranking, and search platform. We aggregate publicly available performer data from an authorised third-party partner platform that we operate as a whitelabel, and present it through search, tags, rankings, and discovery tools.

We do not host live webcam services, stream live content, process visitor payments, or operate accounts or registration for visitors. We do not employ or represent performers and have no contractual relationship with them. Live sessions, payments, profiles, galleries, and chat all take place on the partner platform. We do host short promotional clips that we create from public streams, as described in section 8.

3. The partner platform

Streams, profile photos, gallery photos, performer bio data, and all interactions on the destination platform are provided and governed by our partner platform, under its own terms, which also cover the age and recordkeeping requirements for that content. Those terms are available at https://icflegal.com/cam?site=goonbuds.live. Your use of the partner platform is subject to that agreement, not these terms.

4. No minors - zero tolerance

The Site is for adults only. We strictly prohibit, and have zero tolerance for, any person under 18, or under the age of majority where they live, accessing or using the Site. We do not permit any content, conduct, or reference on the Site that involves, depicts, or sexualises any person under 18, including any roleplay or other conduct in which a person poses as a minor.

If you become aware of any content or conduct that involves the actual or possible sexual exploitation of a minor, report it to us at [email protected]. We cooperate with law enforcement and will refer violations to the appropriate authorities.

5. No prostitution or trafficking

We strictly prohibit, and have zero tolerance for, the Site being used in any way to engage in, assist, or facilitate prostitution, human trafficking, or sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. We will cooperate fully with any criminal investigation by any law enforcement agency.

6. Rankings and community data

Rankings are derived from community engagement data received through authorised partner feeds. They reflect the data as received, are recalculated regularly, and are provided for discovery purposes only. They do not constitute an endorsement of any performer, platform, or service.

We make no guarantee that rankings are complete, error-free, or representative of any specific metric, and ranking positions may change at any time without notice.

7. AI-generated content

Some pages include AI-generated copy that we produce for discovery and SEO purposes. Where it appears, it is clearly labelled. AI-generated content is not verified for factual accuracy and should not be relied upon as a statement of fact about any performer or platform.

8. Recorded promotional clips

We capture short clips from public live streams and publish edited promotional reels that we create and host on our own origin and on cdn.goonbuds.com. Each published reel is presented on its own watch page. We record only public stream activity; we do not record private, exclusive, or paid sessions.

If you are a performer and want a clip or your profile removed, submit a request through our profile removal form. Copyright complaints relating to material we host should be sent to [email protected].

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access the Site if you are under 18 or not legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction
• Scrape, crawl, or use any automated tool to extract data from the Site without our prior written permission
• Reproduce, redistribute, or republish content hosted by the partner platform, including any part of a live performance
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce the Site's ranking system, data structures, or proprietary features
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its infrastructure or that of our partner
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Misrepresent your identity, age, or affiliation in any interaction with the Site

We reserve the right to block access for any user or system we determine to be in breach of these terms.

10. Affiliate relationships

We participate in affiliate marketing programmes with our partner platform. Some links on the Site are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you click one and take an action on the destination site, at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence rankings, search results, or editorial content. We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the services, pricing, content, or availability of any partner.

11. Third-party websites

The Site contains links to external websites we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the content, policies, practices, or availability of any third-party site. Your interactions with third-party websites are governed solely by their own terms and policies, and visiting them is done at your own risk.

12. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site, including text, branding, layout, design, ranking methodology, the promotional reels we produce, and AI-generated copy, is owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of it without prior written permission.

Performer names, images, and associated media remain the property of their respective rights holders. Trademarks and brand names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Repeat-infringer policy. In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will terminate access for users or content sources we determine, based on copyright notices, opt-out reports, or our own review, to be repeat infringers of copyright or other intellectual property rights. This may include removal from goonbuds.com, removal from any sub-affiliate programme, and referral of the matter to the partner platform's abuse desk.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site or any linked services, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

Performer availability, live status, and profile data are sourced from third parties and may not reflect real-time conditions. We are not responsible for discrepancies between data shown on the Site and the state of any third-party platform. Nothing in this section affects any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Site
• Reliance on any information, ranking, or AI-generated content on the Site
• Interactions with third-party websites or services accessed via the Site

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GrowConvert Ltd and its operators from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or any breach of these terms.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Browsing requires no personal data

This policy explains how we handle data on goonbuds.com (the "Site"), operated by GrowConvert Ltd. We do not collect, store, or process personal information from visitors who browse the Site. There is no registration, no account creation, and no requirement to provide any personal information to use any discovery feature.

The exception is our performer profile removal form, which collects a performer handle, contact email, and optional reason in order to process removal requests. This is covered in the Performer data section below.

Cookies

We use only first-party, functional cookies. None of them identifies you personally, and none is an advertising or cross-site tracking cookie.

Analytics

We use a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics service to measure aggregate page traffic. It does not set cookies, collect personal data, or track visitors across other sites, and it does not build a profile of you.

Your For You Page (FYP)

The FYP lets you save favourite performers and interest tags for a personalised view of who's live. Your selections are stored in your browser's local storage. When you load the FYP page, those selections are sent to our server solely to check which performers are currently live - we do not store, log, or associate this data with your identity.

Outside of this live-status check, your FYP data remains entirely in your browser. Clearing your browser data or switching browsers will reset your FYP.

Special category data

This is an adult content discovery platform. Despite the nature of the content we index, we do not intentionally collect, store, or process special category personal data as defined under Article 9 UK GDPR - including data relating to a visitor's sexual life or sexual orientation.

We take reasonable steps to prevent such data from being collected or inferred from visitor behaviour. We do not build profiles of visitors and do not use browsing activity on the Site to draw inferences about any individual's sexuality or preferences.

Third-party links and affiliate programs

We generate revenue through an authorised affiliate partnership with our partner platform. Performer profile links lead to that platform, where its own privacy policy and terms apply. We earn a commission when a visitor we refer signs up and transacts on the partner platform.

We do not share any visitor data with affiliate partners, because we do not collect any visitor data to share.

Once you leave the Site via an affiliate link, you are subject to the destination site's privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policy before registering or transacting.

Performer data

Performer profiles are sourced from authorised partner feeds and used solely for discovery and ranking purposes. We do not collect or process personal data about performers independently of what the partner platform makes available through its authorised feeds.

If you are a performer and have concerns about data displayed on your profile, contact us at [email protected]. For data held by the source platform, contact them directly.

Profile removal requests

Performers may request removal of their profile via our profile removal form. Submitting this form requires a performer handle, contact email, and optional reason. This data is stored solely for the purpose of processing and verifying the request. Where identity verification is required, a government-issued ID image may be submitted by email, which is reviewed by a single operator, used solely for verification, and deleted within 30 days. Removal request data is deleted once the request is resolved.

The lawful basis for processing this data is compliance with a legal obligation (the right to erasure under UK GDPR) and legitimate interests in preventing fraudulent takedown requests.

International transfers

We are operated as a UK limited company and are subject to UK GDPR. Where we transfer data outside the UK, for example in connection with the partner platform, we take appropriate steps to ensure that any transfer is subject to adequate safeguards in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Data retention

Because we do not collect personal data from visitors, we have no visitor personal data to retain or delete. Performer profile data sourced from partner feeds is stored in our systems to power discovery pages, rankings, and related content. It is retained for as long as a performer's profile remains active on the partner platform. Where we become aware that a performer is no longer active or has requested removal, we remove their data from our systems.

Security

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect our systems against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security - but we take our obligations seriously and review our practices regularly.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you:

• Access - to obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and receive a copy
• Rectification - to have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• Erasure - to have your data deleted in certain circumstances
• Restriction - to restrict our processing in certain cases
• Portability - to receive data you have provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format
• Object - to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including any profiling
• Withdraw consent - where processing is based on your consent, to withdraw it at any time

Because we do not collect personal data from visitors, most of these rights are unlikely to be relevant in practice. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). For the purposes of applicable data protection law, the data controller is GrowConvert Ltd, a UK limited company (company number 14115515), registered at Greengate Business Centre, 2 Greengate Street, Oldham, England, OL4 1FN.

Adult content

The Site indexes adult content and is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has accessed the Site, contact us immediately at [email protected].

Policy changes

We may update this policy to reflect changes to our practices or legal requirements. For minor changes, updates are posted on this page with a revised effective date and take effect immediately. For material changes, those that meaningfully affect your rights or how we handle data, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the change takes effect, by posting a prominent notice on the Site.

Continued use of the Site after any change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
