Partner Program Terms

1. What the Program is

The Program lets verified performers (and approved marketers) earn a share of the affiliate commission we receive from our partner platform, and gives performers access to free creator tools: analytics, profile customisation, promotional recordings and reels, and connected posting to their own Discord server or X account.

The Program rewards lawful online webcam entertainment only. It must never be used to arrange, advertise, or pay for in-person services of any kind.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
• Performer partners must have an active performer account on our partner platform and complete profile-ownership verification (section 3).
• One partner account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.
• We may decline or revoke participation where we reasonably believe these Program Terms have been or would be breached.

3. Verification

To verify that a cam profile is yours, we ask you to place a specific phrase in a free-text field of your performer profile on the partner platform. Verification confirms only profile control; it does not create any relationship between us and the partner platform on your behalf. We may re-verify at any time. Referral earnings accrued while verification is pending are held until verification completes.

4. Referrals and attribution

You receive a personal referral link. When a visitor arrives through it we set a first-party referral cookie valid for 30 days. Attribution is first-referrer-wins: the first partner whose link a visitor uses keeps the credit, and a later partner's link does not overwrite it. A referred visitor is credited to you when they sign up within the attribution window, and their qualifying activity then earns you commission under section 5.

Attribution depends on cookies and technical signals we do not fully control (browsers, devices, the partner platform's reporting). Our records are the sole basis for calculating commission, and we apply them in good faith.

5. Commission

Two commission streams exist, both calculated as a percentage of the net commission we actually receive from the partner platform (not of the amount a customer spends):

• Referral commission (30%): earned on qualifying spending by customers you referred through your referral link.
• Profile conversion commission (15%): earned by verified performer partners on qualifying spending by customers who signed up from your own profile pages on the Site.

Rates are set out here and may be changed prospectively under section 12; a change never reduces commission already earned. If the partner platform reverses, refunds, or charges back a transaction, or withholds commission from us for any reason, the corresponding entries are reversed. We may withhold or reverse commission we reasonably determine to arise from fraud or breach of these Program Terms.

6. Holds and payouts

• Commission entries become claimable 60 days after the underlying event, to absorb refunds and chargebacks.
• Payouts are made on request or on a schedule we agree with you, once your claimable balance reaches the minimum of $50 (or the equivalent).
• Payouts are remitted by a method agreed with you. You are responsible for giving us accurate payment details and for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations that apply to your earnings. Commission is inclusive of any VAT or similar tax that may apply.
• We may set off amounts you owe us (for example clawbacks) against your balance.

7. Your promotion of the Site

When promoting your referral link you must not:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or post where posting is prohibited
• Bid on or register our brand names, or misrepresent yourself as Goonbuds
• Use paid traffic, incentivised clicks, bots, or any artificial means of generating clicks, signups, or spending
• Refer yourself, use your own link for your own purchases, or create accounts to farm commission
• Promote to minors, or place your link anywhere directed at minors
• Make claims about earnings, performers, or the Site that are untrue or that we have not approved
• Use your link, the Program, or any tool we provide in connection with prostitution, escorting, or any in-person service

8. Creator tools

Where you enable them:

• Recordings and reels. With your participation in the Program you consent to us producing short promotional clips and edited reels from your public streams, hosted on our infrastructure and used to promote your profile. You can request removal of any clip at any time and we will action it promptly.
• Profile customisation. Content you supply (text, images, links) must be yours or licensed to you, lawful, and accurate. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and display it on the Site and in promotion of your profile, ending when the content is removed.
• Discord and X connections. Connecting your server or account authorises us to post go-live and promotional messages on the cadence you configure. You are responsible for compliance with Discord's and X's terms and for the suitability of the channels you connect (including age-restriction settings). Disconnecting stops all posting.

9. Relationship

You participate as an independent contractor. Nothing in the Program creates employment, agency, partnership, or any relationship between you and the partner platform on our behalf. You have no authority to bind us. The Program does not make us your manager, agent, or representative, and does not affect your relationship with the partner platform.

10. Data

Our Privacy Policy describes the data we process about partners, including verification records, the commission ledger, and payout references. Dashboards show your own commission share only.

11. Term and termination

Either of us may end your participation at any time. On termination, attribution stops and unclaimed commission that was properly earned remains payable after the usual hold, unless termination was for fraud or a material breach of section 7, in which case unpaid commission is forfeited. Sections 5 (reversals), 6 (set-off), 9, 10, and 12 to 14 survive termination.

12. Changes

We may update these Program Terms where the Program, our partner platform arrangements, or the law changes. Changes are posted at this page with an updated version date, and we will give reasonable advance notice of material changes through the partner dashboard or by email. Changes apply prospectively only. If you do not agree, you may leave the Program before the change takes effect and be paid out any properly earned balance above the minimum.

13. Liability

The Program is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses arising from the Program, and our total liability to you in connection with the Program is limited to the commission properly earned and unpaid at the time the liability arose. Nothing in these Program Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Governing law

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
